I have 07 s550, I have this installed, but when i Bluetooth my music is not playing. It doesn't have OEM TV, but I still installed little black box. Could that be a reason I'm not getting any sound from Bluetooth? Thanks

I bought the same setup the radio is the only thing playing and I cannot get the app to work or sound to play when the app is running everything is working but no sound if coming through the leaker just the radio

If your W221 does not have factory AUX or TV this system will not work for you. You will need to add AUX first in order to have audio into the vehicle from Apple CarPlay or Android Auto. The instructions for this are incomplete.
