I used to have access to outlet too and no longer do. I don’t order much from there and have never given a complaint. So, I’m wondering if it has something to do with the amount of inventory available… maybe when they have a lot to get rid of they give access. Who knows lol

Nope they need to screen their packers and listers...
so they sent you a box of supposedly wearable stuff which included something non wearable (two of the same foot), and they punished you for calling them out on it....real nice smh.
