- Hier zeige ich - Schritt für Schritt - wie in der schlauchförmigen Netztechnik gearbeitet wird. Außerdem versuche ich zu zeigen, wie Fädelskizzen zu deuten sind.

Don't know why everyone is trying to get you to translate. Your demonstration is so clear and precise, you don't need to understand German. You can turn the volume off and still follow your instructions. Very good tutorial. Bravo to you.
If a tutorial is done correctly, I don't use the volume. Besides, how do the deaf community learn ... they watch.
But I don't know the sizes of the beads. Are the bugles 3 mm , 5mm , 6mm? Are the seed beads 15/0, 11/0, 8/0. I have watched other foreign language videos. They show the bead container so I can see the size. Or they put the size on the screen....3mm and 11/0 are the same in most languages. I can follow without sound, but it is important to get the right size beads.

Thanks for a very useful video. I tried to explain this to a friend but you do a much better job. One tip: I use a plastic drinking straw instead of a wooden skewer. They come in different widths and it is easier when the circle of beads does not slip around so much.

Mega erklärt, mega Technik sieht echt toll aus versuche es auch gerade und soweit kann sich das Ergebnis schon mal sehen lassen. Mich würde nur interessieren, wie man die Verschlüsse am besten einarbeitet ohne das man viel Schnur sieht

I love this video. Vielendank! What a beautiful choice of colors you use. You seem to be very good at figuring out the right combinations of colors. I have some "purple iris" bugle beads I'm wanting to use for something, and this looks perfect for them. What color would you use for the round seed beads to go with them? I was thinking of maybe a cream color, but I'm not sure. I would love to hear your opinion on this. Thank you again very much!

Dear Carmen, as thread I use Fireline - that is fishing line, best tickness ist 0,12mm. The best beads are the japanese from Toho or Miyuki. Here I used Toho bugles 3mm and Toho seed beads size 11/0. Take care, Franziska

Zomiks202 I understand you wishing to understand her but asking someone that doesn't speak English to do a tutorial in English is like someone asking you to do a speech in German or Japanese or whatever language you don't understand and on top of that you get to do it for free. Be thankful that she does a good enough job in filming that you can follow her with the sound muted.

3mm bugle beads, size 11 seed beads and i am using 4 lb. fireline fishing line (found at Dick's sporting goods store)
and a size 10 beading needle (John James) ... found at Joanne's arts and craft store

hallöchen ich liebe dieses hobby!!!! ist fireline genauso wie perlonfaden? benutze perlonfaden und es macht die schmuckstücke etwas starr. viele lustige grüße

Hallo Alex, schön, dass wir ein gemeinsames Hobby haben :-) . Perlonfaden benutze ich eigentlich nur ohne Nadeln, eben weil er so starr ist. Deswegen mag ich Fireline lieber. Das ist eine Angelsehne, recht geschmeidig, sehr reißfest und vor allem kein Stück dehnbar (wie Perlonfaden). Probier es einfach mal (aber kauf die Fireline lieber im Angelshop als beim Schmuckzubehör, spart viel Geld...). Ich lache zurück, Franziska

Hallo Nuntius Mauritius, wie so oft habe ich auch hier einfach drauflos gefädelt und deswegen keine Ahnung, wie viel Material dabei gebraucht wird. Für eine Kette von 45 cm muss aber bestimmt 15 gr. Rocailles und 20gr. Stäbchen eingeplant werden - so eine grobe Schätzung...
