I also find it weird that he mentions something like that after a win, its bad team moral imo and would leave a sour taste in my mouth if I actually did try.

Like all Korean imports, their mechanics deteriorate over time the longer they are in NA, so of course he's not as good as he was his first year. Sure if he says that any everyone is tryharding then of course it's bad for morale. I don't think that's the case here though. Jojo specifically has a no fucks given attitude at all times.

@@donutlie315Which is kinda weird because the others (mainly Jojo, from these clips) are really quick to push an angle to fight even when Thanatos has called several times that he's pushing in side or he won't be there. Even the one in game 2 where Thanatos went deep trying to kill Zeri and it looked troll like he baited the team into staying, it was off a Jojo call to push deep and how Zeri has no flash and to keep fighting in the choke even after Thanatos died.
Berserker still wants the team to take every game seriously & clean out closely from ahead but Jojo playing loose & for fun isn't really a good look. I don't like how the rest of the team besides Vulcan started joking about taking it more seriously after, that just makes Berserker feel like it's hopeless to speak up in the future and is probably how it led to the first door punching incident
I don't think it was the right time to call out to play it serious after a stomp. I'm under the impression that he always brings it up and its really shitty for team morale. Its Reapers job as a coach to adress this with the players in question and Reaper isn't known to enjoy slackers. It just felt very awkward to me anyways and just not the right time. It was also directed at Jojo which makes it even more awkward.

Habits & discipline are formed through game play so even if regular season doesn't matter, you can form bad habits if you don't take it seriously, I agree it's on the coach to help remedy the situation as well.

Blaber and Jojo synergy seems so much better, Blaber less selfish and Jojo dictating play around mid lane. Team is all on the same page a lot more macro wise too. Comms are a little cleaner but Blaber and Jojo yap so bad during fights sometimes idk how the other players focus lmao
Yea. I think comms can be a bit more clear,direct and more preciss, but it look more cohesive compared to last split. At least everyone got the same gameplan and following it through

Eh, it's fine. If anything, it makes Thanatos look even more giga because he handled a 3v1 (with a near full wave at the turret too) with literally no help.
Thanatos at the end of game 1 as well, to a lesser extent. Calling for the team to hit the towers and to end and Blaber making it a joke "Oh, you think we can end here?" I know it's nothing serious, just banter, but still kinda telling that it's both Korean players, one in each game, shot down for taking a game seriously by mid-jungle.

Thanatos has been super aggressive and I love to see it. Even if things don't always go perfect, that aggression is needed.
If he could just call his shot a bit more when he goes ham like that he’ll really pop off. When he goes balls in you can see even c9 looks surprised.
