Ang apoy ay hindi nagmumula sa ulan, daan-daang mga tirahan ang hindi nasusunog... kung sa araw, kung saan ang mga kapitbahay, ang mga tirahan na ito ay nasa ibabaw ng tubig, hindi ba posible na matigil ang apoy sa pamamagitan ng karaniwang pagsisikap!?
I admire how people in the Philippines are usually smiling and happy, despite their poor living situations. They are incredibly good at holding on to life. Very nice individuals. That's why I love them. God, assist them...

@@qilin-v8u I'm not sure what started the fire, but people don't take electricity lightly; if you can't replace loose outlets, at least don't use them; if you hear crackling noises from breakers or appliances, until you can take care of it, don't use it; unplug it and isolate it as much as your understanding allows; some houses burn just from bad condition little outlets left unintentionally with plugged lamps chargers, etcetera; you have to be aware of these things.

These people had little or nothing to begin with other than their shanty and what was in it and now they have even less. This is terrible but everybody seems to be getting along and helping each other, not stealing from each other.

Bro I wish you would subtitle what everyone is saying I am just curious because that is a horrible site right there I've lost two homes to fires and lost everything completely so I understand how they feel and it's not a good feeling.but I really want to understand what they are saying and are they all going to rebuild if so will the government help at all or are they on their own
