I have been using this video. It helps every time. Your presence is peace. Through the years I come a lot to this channel for mantras, which I find very effective if I need to come back to myself. I found two people on the internet that have this calming effect on me. You are one of them, I've been probably following you for more than 10 years, I don't remember exactly, but a long time. Even I am not the most organised and orthodox person when it comes to meditation, I chant mantras every day for years. I find many kind of praying to be effective against stress, to stay on the path of cleaning superficial wants and stay in presence. I am sincerely thankful for this resource. 🙏🏻
