Depending on how close you’d like to be to either the airport or the hospital my recommendation would be to look at some thing in either Royal Oak or Cordova Bay. There are certain neigbourhoods that provide closer access for better off leash options. Those would include West Saanich, Mt. I would recommend looking into the rental section of Facebook marketplace, Craigslist and Used Victoria as they are where most are posted.
