Hi sister Actually your life is my dream life Independent solo Actually I am preparing for my neet exam This may 7 2023 And I'm planning to go to foreign and live like u Pls reply and pray for my exam sucesssis❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🎉
I graduated a year ago, and got full time work right away. It's so hard still seeing your friends having 3 months long summer while I have to work all days. I have no motivation or idea in which direction I want to go in my life. Everything until graduation was planned for me and now I'm left alone with decisions... I was thinking of going back to uni but without any full scholarship that is definitely impossible :(
I understand this feeling. Whilst I did a masters degree at age 22, I still feel I can learn more and I am always curious towards new knowledge. I quit my first real job to take a break and focus on things that matter more such as improving social skills outside of an office environment. In the end I decided to talk with a career coach and figure out what drives me and what are my strengths.
Where did you find your career coach? Or how did you choose it? I really need help with this area of my life but I'm finding it super hard to find someone that specializes in career coaching vs life coaching
Despite becoming a doctor at age 24, I still think I needed a career coach. My disadvantaged background motivated me, but it definitely limited my growth. If I had more belief in myself I could have achieved greater things at a younger age.
Yeah what made u realize HR wasn’t for you? Like from what little my uneducated self knows about HR is that u work with customers and get paid lots. Maybe customer service?? I for sure am far off but that’s what I associate HR with
@@Progress234 I worked for 10 years, and it got too administrative after some time... I want to switch to training design (which I partially did before - a very small amount of onboarding trainings as HR person,, but I want to be a professional)
@@mynty_me HR deals with employees, and basically acts as a bridge between company and staff. It is stressful because not only you act as a business partner to company management, but you deal with people's issues (important life changing ones, like salary, demotions, performance evaluations etc) on a daily basis - and it is harder than customer service because you actually see these people daily and they are your colleagues (unlike customer service, where it does not get so personal). I am trying to switch to training & development design, because it gives more possibility to do private projects for companies, also be in charge of own schedule/home office.
Be aware that the longer you study, the smaller the return for each year will be. By age 30, nobody will want to see your degree diploma, but is much more interested in what you have done yourself.
I hate that social media and even people in our society puts so much pressure in having a structured plan after we graduate school or college.
