Agreed! ... And, I wish I was still physically able to go up and down the stairs. (I know for sure that my sailing days are done and gone. But now I have become warry of anything with stairs or narrow places where I have to manouver without strong railings .... Getting old is a beeeeeeeech!

Amazing, Beautiful, This would be a dream to live out the rest of my days in!! The floor plan is wide enough for a walker, I am 55 and was diagnosed with an incurable cancer at age 48. Here is the tough question how much is this one of a kind castle selling for ? 😊 ❤ Wondering what your new boat looks like , I would never leave this boat!!

We sold this boat for 220k There are lots of boats on the market all with different price tags it depends on whether you want to have it just as a stationary house or use it to travel in. Ours was more expensive as it had a superb engine.
I suppose, that the mentioned bridge clearance is with retrackted wheelhouse roof. What is the bridgeclearance with high wheelhouse roof. Looking for something up to max 3,50 m. Thank you for your answer.

Hi Alex, I have double checked the Air Draft. It is 7’4” with the wheelhouse down (including solar panels), and 9’9” with it up.
