Hey Bunny; a cloak has an attached hood and sometimes fasteners to close around yourself. A cape has no hood and typically doesn't fasten shut. But people who wore capes sometimes had separate hoods to put over their head and shoulders for foul weather.

Omg here in the US they have fire drills, earthquake, hurricane and tornado drills but the worst.. are the active shooter drills. Super traumatic every single time and they’d do it 3 times a year at my school.

It’s sad that an active shooter drill is necessary, but I’m glad you are well prepared for every eventuality. We have fire drills, there are no videos and it’s just a case of showing you how to line up and evacuate. ☺️
I don't remember watching traumatizing PSA, but we did have drills. We didn't have "active shooter' drills, we had lock down drills. One time we had an impromptu fire drill (everyone calmly walks outside) because some middle school boy lit an aerosol body spray on fire and aimed it at the sensor. It was winter and we were all dressed nice to go visit the high schools.
Yes Bunny!!! We watched the stop drop and roll videos in like kindergarten and “touch the door, not the knob” to check if the door is hot and for over a year I slept with my light on because I was scared I wouldn’t see smoke in my room if it was dark. Traumatizing I tell ya!
