Introducing the Automatic Double Belt Press K2B 1000, a specialized machine designed for efficiently extracting juice from a variety of produce such as apples, pears, berries, watermelons, and vegetables.
The Double Belt Press K2B 1000 operates with a continuous process. The pulped mash is fed into the press hopper using the KWEM Elevator/Washer/Grinder or a Mash Pump. The width and height of the cake laid onto the press can be adjusted as needed to accommodate different produce types.
The pressing process involves two stages. Initially, the mash is expelled on the pre-pressing zone, optimizing the main pressing phase to achieve the highest quality juice extraction. The mash then proceeds through a series of consecutively smaller rollers to enhance the overall juice yield.
After the pressing cycle is complete, the machine automatically scrapes the remaining mash at the exit of the press. To minimize clean-up time, high-pressure water jet cleaning devices effectively remove any particulates from the press belt, ensuring it remains clean and ready for the next cycle. Additionally, users have the option to utilize either fresh or circulating water for belt cleaning.
With a nominal capacity of up to 7,000 kg of produce per hour and a yield of up to 80%, the Double Belt Press K2B is well-suited for large-scale juice extraction operations.
