U got a beautiful voice I may say. But kampala's got a lotta apartment projects going on meanwhile folks keep saying they ain't got it like that. Is the same rapid expansion happening in other cities like Jinja ,mukono and the like? Haven't been in UG 4 a min n I'dn't know where 2 start navigating Kla z chaotic traffic.. But r those price tags really considered affordable for an average Joe? Or u marketing 2 the middle n above class of Ugandans? If I were in yo position, i'd have renamed this video to luxurious apartments instead of affordable cuz I don't c most folks easily affording a 60G plus crib. Just ma random thoughts! Thx for the video though!
For the average Ugandan, they may be expensive, but some Ugandans have money and can afford them. I can’t label them luxurious either because they are basic, in terms of construction and amenities given. But they’re cheaper considering the cost of acquiring/building a home in Kampala especially in the same areas like najjera, kyanja, Ntinda, bukoto etc, so that’s why they’re labeled as affordable.
