kudos to dwight for diggin up a fantastic old tune origionally done by johnny horton with Elvis"s bass player he does a pretty good job at reviving it but no one and i mean no one does this like johnny horton it was my dad"s favorite song and i believe the actual beginning of modern country style but thanks for not lettin it die dwight!

I saw him just after this album was released. It was at the Saddle Rack, in San Jose, CA. The Saddle Rack (THAT one, not the one in Milpitas,CA) isn't around anymore. Great night, great singer. The place went wild with every song that he sang.
