@@montananerd8244 noone says they don’t..worldwide that is done..we did it in my Island home of Jamaica…however, in 2023, with the proliferation of ‘prepared meals’ that can b bought even via the internet, it is refreshing to see someone literally live off the land in such a TOTAL way…little waste n the comraderie btwn the villagers certainly wouodn’t b evident in the US….they respect n accept Rose for her grace, generosity of spirit n general likeability
