Is this a copy of the "industry standard" WWTC by Gaspar in Hungary? Or was this dude first??
I'm not sure. My best guess is that they each came up with their throw bags independently.
I ordered and paid for a bag this winter. I still haven’t received it and tried multiple times to contact superguide gear. No response
This year while I was at the Gauley, I noticed a guide who had a waist belt throw bag, but instead of wearing it he had placed the waist strap around the back thwart. This seemed to keep the bag more secure than just flopping around while clipped on a d ring like I usually do. It also appears to keep the bag very quickly accessible for the guide. I'm curious if you see any flaws in this method that I'm missing. Also in your first review of the super guide bag, you briefly demonstrated how the bag can be removed from the belt. Is it possible to remove the bag without taking the belt off your waist? Thanks and keep up the great work.
Mark Rivers that’s a great idea. I’ll try it out. I don’t like wearing the waist bags with but it is becoming the standard for international River guides.
