Huancayo es la zona de la pachamanca se hace con piedra laja, es la abundancia de nuestra tierra y junin porque tenemos sierra y selva
En huancayo no hay piedra para hacer pachamanca esas piedras revientan (piedras ccollotas) por eso hacen con fierro para sostener el horno.
