So typically a jump starter is only useful if you have it with you when you need it. How does this unit stand up to being left in the car with single digit temperatures for weeks on end? My Clore Jump 'n Carry has survived 6 seasons of nasty winters and brutal summers so far.
lithium does not like cold, the expensive stuff has a heater in it to pre-heat. I have a whole bucket & box of things I store indoors overnight. luckily winters in Texas are short!
It will not solar charge under 30 degrees but it does work well on the inverter and jump pack at 0 degrees. I keep this in my snow plow trailer and use it to start the snow blowers.

It will do fine in 100F, but I have tried to keep these black units out of direct sun with a small light cover.
