If you go below 80 mph it's alright. After that it starts vibrating and it's annoying. For long trips on the highway I would get a 1000. But if you want to take it off-road as well, stick with the 650. Also keep in mind that you'd most likely have to make some upgrades to the wind protection because v-stroms are known for a lot of buffeting with the stock setup.
@@RandallSFlagg Yes. It made a big difference along with some aerodynamic mirrors, but there is still some buffeting coming from the sides of the fairing.

Looking at buying a new bike. Do you find the vstrom 650 enough on the highway? I assume so... considering the video. But wondered anyways.

@@motoholic24 does givi airflow gives you good comfort and removes buffeting? i am 183cm

I have a wee, it's perfectly at home running down hwy 80mph all day. Faster if u want. But gets lil buzzy after 80
