I thought it was today and I had missed it. So it's tomorrow and I will write it on my calendar. I bought you're album record a couple weeks ago and loved it. I couldn't even put it away for days and days because I kept wanting to play it. That's how good it is and I'm telling other people to get it.🤟🎹🎙
I liked this album so much that after I played it through a couple of times, I bought your last album and am really liking it too! That's for the good messages in the songs.

Dennis. . .You're SO right!!! I was a TV Director for 40 years and I directed LIVE, local evening newscasts 5 nights a week. After I retired they expanded many of the shows to an hour, and for the last 10 years of my career we began EVERY show EVERY night with "BREAKING NEWS", whether it really was "Breaking" or not. The "game" was "GO BIG" and hype everything as much as possible. And now, since March, everything is playing right into their hands as they try to create as much fear in viewers minds as they can. Glad I'm not a part of it anymore!
As a journalism/broadcasting student I'm kind of in the thick of that crap unfortunately. :/

I got my MA in Journalism and Media Studies. After I graduated I realized I would be writing whatever someone told me to write. I do fiction now. At least it's the good kind and I tell people in advance, "This is fiction." haha

I met Dennis and his wife on a meet and greet in Ft Laud. When they first broke up....I told him No DeYoung NO STYX. They loved it....really down to earth people fame definitely didn't get to his head

Dennis has always been (and likely always will be) a professed moderate. I'm a left-leaning moderate but we are truly a dying breed.

Hi Dennis, I'm from the Chicagoland area and will turn 60 this month! I started following Styx in 1976. I loved Styx and went to all the concerts. Since your breakup with the band, I've been to a couple of Styx concerts. I just can't! They are not Styx without you. However, I have seen you and your band on numerous occasions, and I just love you and your band. As far as this new song goes, I love seeing you and the band together, and of course Jim Peterek! Love him too, and have seen Idea of March many times. The song is different and to be totally honest, I may have to watch the video a couple of more times to truly appreciate it. Thanks for all your great music throughout the years! I will forever be a loyal Dennis Deyoung fan!!!

That being said, his new band with August Zadra, and Jimmy Leahey is better than the original Styx!! This new album is AMAZING. The lyrics are so true of what is going on in this pathetic world today. Come on people, this is good old fashioned, ROCK AND ROLL, AND it is telling a powerful story!! I actually agree with you...JY is a mediocre guitarist who only knows how to play 1 way...or at least that's all he wants to do...Tommy is a great guitarist...and a good writer...but his thing is " it's his way or he quits"...as seen before... This grudge thing with Dennis, I honestly believe is bullshit....its all about power and money...and they like the 2 way split and paying the rest of the band as helpers...if they looked at the big picture, they would see that adding Dennis back into the fold would make them more money...but then after Dennis retires they would have to go back to playing casinos again...and it would prove what Dennis said all along...that Styx was a team effort....that needed him in there to play the big places....and they won't let that happen( there's the power part) !
