Wow yeah I've never seen him do Pride live, fantastic! People who say that Sammet is average compared to the great voices of metal haven't heard him in his prime.
Brasil has some good bands and a energetic live audience...I was aware of that only a short time ago, despite hearing metal for over 15 years now. But the focus of European audience especially Germany is Germany (Wacken, Bang your Head...etc.) and the surrounding countries, we have everything so the eye doesn't travel across. It's a pity I realized but it's true.
mmm this was recorded when Tobias still sang high notes,today his voice has been damaged or something,'cos he doesn't sing high notes no more,his voice's gone.
I saw him live three times these last two years and he sounded fine to me. On the monuments tour he sang mysteria and didn't seem to have a problem with the high parts at all.
during 2017 wacken open air and Rock fest he sang the high parts of the songs. He has lost part of his power and range, but unless he has a bad night, he is still good.

I believe you are wrong. Look for the Avantasia show here in Brazil 02/06/2019. Andre sang with Tobi and it was the opposite...
