Valentin Wipff Heroic Tavern Brawl has a similar concept to arena but instead of drafting cards out of a selection of 3, players make their own constructed standard decks. The rewards are substantially better as entry fee costs 1000 gold or 10-15 dollars.
Wish I could win a heroic brawl, but after certain losses you can't win anything right? Can't even hit 3 wins in arena, only got lucky with 2 concedes once. My highest legit score is 1 I believe.

Also streamers do it more for the viewers so they can see the decklist. Some tournaments don't allow deck trackers so they have to memorize this stuff anyway.
