Same! I have struggled with sever anxiety my entire life, having full on panic attacks (and not knowing what they were) as young as elementary school. Her entire storyline gave me chills and made me tear up multiple times. Her climbing the rock wall and her singing let it go both made me straight up cry. I’m a theatre kid, but one without a lot of confidence, as well. And I have actually been finding more of myself in recent years and learning to acknowledge the talent I have and not let the insecurity and anxiety hold me back anymore. So powerful.

i think the most powerful thing is that she didn’t immediately bounce back after everyone shone their camera lights/flashlights onto her it shows a more realistic take on what it means to find your voice
The quite timidness and slight wavering of her voice when she starts singing again actually makes me tear up a little. As someone with severe anxiety, I adored her storyline this season.
Dara was amazing. I loved how they treat anxiety! Her voice is beautiful, she was indeed perfect for Elsa!! I also loved the phone light, it really emphasize the moment!! And Nini was so proud of her! I'm gonna miss her, but I'm glad we still have our girls Gina, Ash and Kourt!

EJ’s face in this scene makes me sad. It reminds me of how he looked during Breaking Free in season 1. But he was a lot more content in that because he was proud of his development. This scene he just seems disappointed with how things turned out. I hope something good happens for him in season 4, and he can be independent like Nini
Dara / Kourtney did a outstanding job playing as Elsa! She has amazing voice love her performance. It was so beautiful, and emotional one best in the entire series so happy to see her getting over her fear ,and anxiety to see how everyone supported her through it all was a beautiful moment she took moments, and shine like the queen she is 👸🏽💙.
She did it very similar to how it’s performed in the Broadway musical version (the lower Idina version on the first chorus and then big Demi belt at the end). If you’ve never seen this show on Broadway, I highly recommend. I’m not even a massive Frozen fan but they adapted it to stage so well. At the very least you should watch a clip of the OG cast performing Let It Go because Dara/Kourtney _totally_ did the song justice!
What an outstanding performance! She deserves the spotlight and then some. I also think the production on this song was done so well. Many of the other songs feel overproduced and it feels like a music video rather than a musical. This was true perfection and her pure joy came through the screen. Bravo!

Kourtney’s anxiety arc was definitely the best arc of the season. I was all very delicate but also talked seriously with a slowly development through the season. Dara is such a Queen, she killed it in all possible ways.
I’m a belt and vibrato lover. Dara did not disappoint. at all! I was ready to throw my shoe at the TV. 😂 I do wish the key was higher because she has the range and power to deliver. Nonetheless, I love her voice and the way this performance tied into her story this season was amazing. Elsa was her character to play. It made her delivery of the song that much more powerful. I was a fan of hers ever since Born to Be Brave. I hope she gets a chance to excel beyond this show like Olivia Rodrigo did. This girl is mega talented and always tells a story with her voice. You can’t be taught that, that is from within. The recording of the studio version is my favorite. She slays that last note!!!! Thank you Disney for letting this star shine with an incredible song.
