What is turning to Jesus really about?
The way is _very narrow;_ it is devoid of the traditions of man or what we personally may think. The word of God is not for our interpretation, but for our comprehension. It is our duty to receive and do the words of Jesus because they come *directly* from God, the Father. If we abide by God’s words through Jesus, then Jesus will allow us entry unto the Father. Only then will we be strengthened and shall obtain salvation. The Father hears our prayers when we have a relationship with Him by loving and honoring Jesus and his sayings.
Jesus said “If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him. [24] He that loveth me not keepeth not my sayings: and the word which ye hear is not mine, but the Father's which sent me” (John 14:23-24). When we listen to Jesus, we become his brother, sister, and mother: we become his *_family._* And we ALL are the children of God, our Father (Matthew 12:50).
