हमारे शास्त्रों में एक बहुत महत्वपूर्ण विद्या का उल्लेख मिलता है जिसको कहते हैं सर्वोदय विज्ञान यानी जो स्वास हम लेते हैं और छोड़ते हैं। उसका विज्ञान। इस विद्या का वास्तु शास्त्र में भी बहुत महत्व है। मैं तो 30 35 साल से इसका प्रयोग कर रहा हूं और बहुत ही आशातीत परिणाम प्राप्त हुए हैं। कभी आपने ध्यान दिया होगा कि हमारे दोनों नाकों में से कभी एक नाक से ज्यादा सांस निकलता है और कभी दूसरे नाक से ज्यादा सांस निकलता है। और एक समय ऐसा भी आता है जब दोनो नाकों से बराबर सांस निकलता है। जो भी प्लॉट फैक्ट्री घर फार्म हाउस आपको खरीदना हो उस भूमि पर आप जाकर उसके बीच में फ्रंट में और बैक में खड़े हों, 5 मिनट वहां खड़े रहिए अगर आपका दोनों नाक से बराबर हवा निकल रही है जिसको हम लोग सुसुमना स्वर कहते हैं तो वह भूमि सोई हुई है अशुभ भूमि है शुभ फलदायक नहीं है । यथासंभव उसको खरीदने से बचना चाहिए या खरीदना जरूरी हो तो उसका शुद्धिकरण करके इलाज करने के बाद इसका प्रयोग करना चाहिए।
अगर उस समय आपके राइट नॉस्ट्रिल से सांस निकल रहा है और वह 16 अंगुल या 12 अंगुल तक दूर जाता है या आपकी लेफ्ट नॉस्ट्रिल से सांस निकल रहा है और वह भी 12 उंगल या 16 अंगुल दूर जाता है ।इसका मतलब आपके चंद्र या सूर्य स्वर में पृथ्वी या जल तत्व चल रहा है
तो ऐसी भूमि बहुत ही शुभ फलदाई होती है ऐसी भूमि जागृत अवस्था में मानी गई है। यानी जिसका भी चंद्र स्वर में पृथ्वी और जल तत्व चले या सूर्य स्वर में पृथ्वी और जल तत्व चले वह भूमि जागृत होने वाली और बहुत शुभ फलदायक होती है ।आपके नॉलेज के लिए बता दूं कि हमारा लेफ्ट स्वर जो चलता है वह इड़ा या चंद्र स्वर होता है और राइट नाक से जो सांस आती जाती है उसको सूर्य स्वर या पिंगला नाड़ी कहते हैं और जब दोनों नाकों से बराबर स्वास निकलता है तो उसको सुषमा स्वर कहते हैं ।
और सुसुम्ना स्वर में कोई भी काम किया जाए वह कभी भी सफल नहीं होता है। इसमें योग ध्यान या परमात्मा चिंतन ही किया जाता है ।

If at that time the breath is coming out of your right nostril and it goes up to 16 or 12 fingers away, or the breath is coming out of your left nostril and it also goes 12 fingers or 16 fingers away. This means that the element of earth or water is moving in your lunar or solar tone.
So such land is very fruitful, such land is considered awake, in an auspicious state. That is, whatever moves in the lunar tone with the element of earth and water or moves in the solar tone with the element of earth and water, that land is considered awake and very fruitful. For your knowledge, let me tell you that our left tone, which moves, is called Ida or lunar tone, and the breath that comes out of the right nostril is called Surya tone or Pingala Nadi, and when breath comes out of both nostrils equally, it is called Sushumna tone.
And no work done in the Sushumna tone is ever successful. Yoga, meditation, or contemplation of the divine is done in it.
