"Heart-stoppingly beautiful" didn't work because my heart didn't stop every time I saw her. I finally came up with "breathtakingly beautiful" because virtually every time they had a closeup of her in the K-drama _Moon Lovers_ I literally couldn't breathe for a second as some part of my brain said "how can a woman be so beautiful?". The writing in that show was very bad (everything else was quite good) but I watched the whole thing just for those shots of Lee Jieun (she wasn't IU there). So, I totally agree "so beautiful omg"
