Do you guys realize it was actually meant for busy parents by that I mean they had these for different amounts of months in the fridge for busy parents to prepare quickly when they come back from work or whatever they had to go to. One thing they didn't state was that this could've stayed in the freezer for as long as whoever is making it wants to because it's something that is there for them to eat when they come back home.
These are also really good college student ideas. Many college campuses have communal kitchens so make these and keep them in ur dorm, microwave when needed

The worst is the mango-pineapple-banana smoothie. Tastes very good, but the amount of sugar is almost criminal. Good smoothies are less appealing: say, one apple, two cups of green veggies (spinach, cucumber, celeri) and some lemon juice. I don't like smoothies that much anyway.

I use sweetened condensed milk for my french toast since it has already vanilla flavor it's sweet and since it's thick the bread doesn't get over soggy.
