First, not on a tablet. Thumbs player on an iPhone 13. Second if you think the MG42 is better than the HVK, DRH, SKS. Then you don't play CODM, all three of those guns are better than the MG42. Playing thumbs on an iPhone is the biggest challenge you could have. Not sure that I'm complaining just bringing up issues that have plagued Ranked since the game released and have never been changed since all the developers care about is putting in the newest legendary skin for the newest released gun. Calling me a part of the problem could not be farther from the truth 😂

SBMM in ranked is fine by me I'm playing ranked to sweat and try hard....however I don't think it should exist in public matches...that's just me. I wholeheartedly agree that the spawns suck in every respawn game mode it's just like they threw it together so I'm not a fan of it at all.

Yup, ur right bro Here's what i think Codm rank system should be like PC cod rank system What I mean is, PC rank has same map/mode and rules as CDL So codm rank should be like - Hard to gain points, easy to lose them - hitting legendary should be as hard as hitting Iridisent in MW - and since the rank will be harder the rank rewards should be better (like good geometrical epic blueprint) - only 3 modes HP, SnD, Control which we couldn't select - maps should be the same as played in comp for all 3 modes - everything banned in comp should be banned in ranked - all the rules that's in comp should be applied to rank, like u can't use 5 snipers, or 5 fennecs etc. unique operators rule and many more, everything should be applied to rank, basically make it a tournament with no money but rank points instead Basically ranked should be called ranked if its as hard as comp, If all this ever happend, codm would be so much better and competitive and people will have a reason to grind rank
Someone who gets it...nice to meet ya. While I agree with a lot of this there are other things that would need to change for that to happen. Like weapon mastering which you would no longer be able to do for certain guns because they are banned in comp. You'd have to do that through BR. Also love that you mention Control because when they bring it into the rotation nobody is ever in the game. Can't get people to play it if you don't make them which is why I agree with the map voting being non existent. One problem you're going to have with rewards is that they want to make money so giving out BETTER free rewards doesn't exactly help them make more money off of lucky draws, which is their goal in CODM...overall though we are on the same page but there's issues to the statements that we have both made that I didn't cover.
@@gucci_marcusOh ya, I forgot about the weapon mastery Umm.....In that case they shouldn't ban the weapons they should just make it more balanced (something like CS:GO) Like either lower the damage for meta weapons or make it so hard to use that only skilled players can use it DRH, Fennec, type 19, MG42 is meta and I see it everywhere bcs obviously it has high damage and so easy to use But SKS, R90, Oden, XPR, UL36, KSP is also solid weapons, but the thing with those weapons is that people don't use it despite them being so good bcs they r hard to use and take actual skills So my recommendation for devs would be to make these meta weapons a little hard to use so people who actually play the game alot and practice daily would play better not like someone who plays once a week and and has no skils but he top frag just bcs he has a 3 shot weapon And that rank rewards thing, ya dude at the end of the day they r businessman, they need profits so obviously they will never make good stuff for free, I wish atleast they give 100-200 CP or good weapon blueprints for hitting top 50-100 LB, bcs I was twice top 50 last year and was top 20 once but the worst part is after all that grind all I got is a calling card 😔 LB players who play 24/7 and make the game thrive should get some respect
@@user-StarUA-cam yeah weapon balancing is an issue...but I don't even think they know the DRH, HVK, and SKS are broken they have nerfed them in half a year or more. They do nerf the mw11 which is absolutely insane tbh. Also, you see how the tournament camos have gone to garbage...they used to be awesome, with fluorescence and red sprite. Now we just have garbage...as for top 100 LB players Idc about them personally. It's simply just time played plus skill...and you develop skill with more time played...so I don't feel like LB really shows that much.

I can get behind that although I'm not sick of Nuketown personally. If they took out every Ranked map that has been in the game since release and put in some maps that have never been in ranked I think it could be a really interesting switch from what we have seen!
Hey man I'd love to discuss some of these arguments. Sorry for writing a bunch of aggressive comments, not sure why I got so pissed off honestly that was kind of out of character Your video is somewhat confusing to me. On the one hand, your complaint is that it's too easy to hit legendary and the game isn't competitive enough, but all the while, you aren't that good (sorry) at the game. So it's like, imagine being on your high school basketball team and complaining that basketball isn't competitive enough, forgetting about the fact that there are a whole bunch of leagues that exist above your skill level all the way up to the NBA. You aren't even anywhere even remotely close to approaching the upper skill levels within the game and so positing that the game isn't competitive enough doesn't make any sense. You also seem to put a lot of stock into ranks, you mentioned that there are people who reach legendary rank who don't deserve it. It seems to me that you view ranks such as master, grandmaster and legendary in the way you're actually meant to view leaderboard positions. I think you need to stop thinking of players in terms of whether they are legendary and start thinking about them in terms of where they are placed on global leaderboard. If I'm being honest, part of what initially rubbed me the wrong way was the fact that based on your gameplay, if ranks reflected true player skill, for example, if they were based on an ELO system, I don't even think you'd hit legendary. And that's not me trying to have a dig, I'm just saying that it's weird that you want the game to be harder when you frankly aren't even that good. This seems like the Dunning Kruger effect to me. You seem to think you are much better than you are. And that leads to the other thing I was going to mention, was that you seem to dislike certain maps a lot. I actually heard you mention that you hate shoot house in another video, so this disdain for shoot house is a recurring theme. Shoot house is one of the most balanced and easy to play maps in all modes, so when people say they hate it, it's usually a giveaway that the individual in question probably isn't that good at the game and just doesn't understand how to play those maps. It's the same story for Crash. And there's nothing wrong with not being an elite player, but what is kind of annoying is saying that xyz map needs to go when in fact there's nothing wrong with the map and you just aren't that good. The problem isn't those maps, it's you. You can add me in the game, I'll send you my IGN if you like. I've hit top 100 several times and my personal best is 20th on the global leaderboard and so if you want to learn how to play the maps you don't like I can teach you (obviously can't play shoot house)
I figured you deleted them because I couldn't send my response...add me on CODM and we can certainly hash out some of these topics that I believe are plaguing the MP ranked side of the community. People don't always agree and that's where being able to hash some things out helps. Also I do type to teammates to play better...because when I'm playing ranked I expect it to be ranked and people to be trying not trolling me by costing. I honestly thought I was just terrible. I would dominate in 1 game get 40-60 kills and whatever and then in the next match I get 8 kills and 12 deaths. Turns out the matching system ain't balanced. In the matches I get plowed, my team did not have my 6 in any situation, so the moment I see 1 enemy, there are 2 others behind and to the side of me because my team mates are gone
SBMM is definitely prevalent in Ranked and you'll see it more when you solo queue into games especially TDM and Frontline since worse players typically play those ranked modes.
I have 3 leggy accs atm and with all three I’ve gotten to top5k with them using non meta weapons but this season I was forced to to use DRH,Oden,Equalizers this season dude to the 2tap meta, I had a more fun time playing the game when the cbr was meta back in 2022 cause you at least had the kilo,Krig,bizon,type 25 and not just two weapons dominating the meta
Wholeheartedly agree...a game with 120 plus weapons but everyone uses the same 4 guns and a melee of their choice. An even meta would improve the game or even just making guns the meta that have never been good like the CHICOM and FR.556
That's the thing though...top 250 in mw3 and top 5k in CODM are synonymous. They don't show skill as much as they do time played. I can be above average and if I play enough games and spend enough time grinding I can hit top5k or top 250....
CODM is a chill laid back game. Meant for casuals. What your asking for is not what CODM caters to. If you want hyper competitive games, go to dedicated games for that experience. Call of Duty is a self aware casual gaming brand, and they will protect that title through egregious means like SBMM, EOMM, etc. They dont care about the high skilled players, they care about the kids who swipe mommys credit card for bundle packs. Thats where the money is.
I completely agree and I don't expect any of the changes I mentioned in this video to be made...I believe also made a similar analogy in the video about them being money hungry fiends. However, I feel like the chill laidback aspect is shooting bots and occasionally real people in pubs...MP ranked is where the sweats should be in theory...obviously though that hasn't been the case really for 5 years of this games life cycle.
@@imvge they have to support their fan base...every console cod in the last 10 years has had some sort of Ranked mode. It's a staple to CoD it's just unfortunate that they don't care what happens to CODM Ranked. Those events are part of the pro series which is semi popular and growing that would grow CODM...then in turn make them more money which is what they care about the most.

Kills in one bullet anywhere on the map to the head Fire rate cap is almost non existent so you can fire it almost as fast as you can tap which is absurd for a gun that strong. You can build it to where it two shots to the body almost 90% of the time. People say it's harder to use and in some ways it is but the downsides are easy fixes like running a melee to help with movement speed.
if codm didnt split the modes from the get go, everyone would have gained the necessary exp to enjoy all game modes, instead of only playing 1 game mode over and over
I know mp rank and br rank too are very easy nowadays, but i still struggle at rank match yeah i know i have skill issue but i am og player still i have skill issue and i am still 2 thumb player, and i always plays the bot invitation match to rank up and don't play any other public rank match in the fear of losing, ok thats my problem also i use a low-end device and slow connection, but still rank matches are absolutely feels very easy even bots are ranked as Legendary.
I'm a thumbs player too! 🤝 definitely wouldn't be scared of losing because it's gonna happen...a lot I always say to just abuse the meta and that will help you tremendously even when teammates suck. Also playing modes like TDM and Frontline help as well since players aren't as good as the ones you'll see in SnD and Hardpoint

@@brianbett1840 I've made some videos about switching over to it and I know how to play with it but it's uncomfortable and I've been playing thumbs for so long across so many games like Rules of Survival, PUBG, Apex, Guns of Boom ...etc. I would rather just keep playing thumbs and just be a VERY GOOD THUMBS player. People are usually surprised in game when they realize that I'm a thumbs player

Eh that's not what ranked is supposed to be for tho...it's to show skill...top 5k just shows time played. Selecting ranked modes doesn't help you improve, if anything it hampers you.
Yeah it'll definitely get a nerf. They put out a new P2W gun that's way OP so they can get a bunch of people to buy it. Once the spending dies down, they'll nerf it

People hit leggy in the first 24 hours...the only hard part about it is lobby wait times...sometimes top5k is sweaty....and other times they get nuked like in one of my previous videos on Arsenal Domination.
Kinda the entire point of my commentary is to speak on a topic of discussion...so I'm not sure what you're expecting. Being prone with an MG42 is part of how I choose to play CODM as a thumbs player on an iPhone 13, you may disagree with my play style but if it works it works. Don't need to get better at SnD or Respawn I feel like I'm pretty good at both and am never one of those people who only cues into one game type.

As long as someone is winning the match without using persistence, melee or any toxic thing, I don't see a problem in any way. People are salty for no reason. I do not agree that ranked should force people to engage all game modes, I don't even agree that it's necessary that your rank be a true reflection of your skill across all game modes. It's just a game, it's meant to be fun and enjoyable, and there are game modes that a lot of people don't enjoy. If you want a more competitive environment, start playing for leaderboard rather than insisting everyone else become miserable just so that you can feel like your stupid lil legendary badge is "worth something". This whole viewpoint that players should be forced to be good at each mode is really stupid. Why should that be the case? No, seriously, why? By the way, I'm a consistent top 100 player and I excel in all modes. I've pushed to top 20. I hit legendary usually within the first 24 hours and typically I'm one of the first 50-100 people to hit it. A lot of my points run alongside console cod takes and the issues being had over there which are issues in CODM as well. Why you think they're not valid might be because you don't play ranked on console. Some of these are specific to how CODM ranked functions so there's some space for interpretation there as we all have different opinions.

On the one hand, your complaint is that it's too easy to hit legendary and the game isn't competitive enough, but all the while, you aren't that good (sorry) at the game. So it's like, imagine being on your high school basketball team and complaining that basketball isn't competitive enough, forgetting about the fact that there are a whole bunch of leagues that exist above your skill level all the way up to the NBA. You aren't even anywhere even remotely close to approaching the upper skill levels within the game and so positing that the game isn't competitive enough doesn't make any sense. You also seem to put a lot of stock into ranks, you mentioned that there are people who reach legendary rank who don't deserve it. It seems to me that you view ranks such as master, grandmaster and legendary in the way you're actually meant to view leaderboard positions. I think you need to stop thinking of players in terms of whether they are legendary and start thinking about them in terms of where they are placed on global leaderboard. If I'm being honest, part of what initially rubbed me the wrong way was the fact that based on your gameplay, if ranks reflected true player skill, for example, if they were based on an ELO system, I don't even think you'd hit legendary. And that's not me trying to have a dig, I'm just saying that it's weird that you want the game to be harder when you frankly aren't even that good. This seems like the Dunning Kruger effect to me. You seem to think you are much better than you are. And that leads to the other thing I was going to mention, was that you seem to dislike certain maps a lot. I actually heard you mention that you hate shoot house in another video, so this disdain for shoot house is a recurring theme. Shoot house is one of the most balanced and easy to play maps in all modes, so when people say they hate it, it's usually a giveaway that the individual in question probably isn't that good at the game and just doesn't understand how to play those maps. It's the same story for Crash. And there's nothing wrong with not being an elite player, but what is kind of annoying is saying that xyz map needs to go when in fact there's nothing wrong with the map and you just aren't that good. The problem isn't those maps, it's you. You can add me in the game, I'll send you my IGN if you like. I've hit top 100 several times and my personal best is 20th on the global leaderboard and so if you want to learn how to play the maps you don't like I can teach you (obviously can't play shoot house)
I figured you deleted them because I couldn't send my response...add me on CODM and we can certainly hash out some of these topics that I believe are plaguing the MP ranked side of the community. People don't always agree and that's where being able to hash some things out helps. Also I do type to teammates to play better...because when I'm playing ranked I expect it to be ranked and people to be trying not trolling me by costing. I feel like that's part of for the course for any ranked mode whether it's console or mobile.

I honestly thought I was just terrible. I would dominate in 1 game get 40-60 kills and whatever and then in the next match I get 8 kills and 12 deaths. Turns out the matching system ain't balanced. In the matches I get plowed, my team did not have my 6 in any situation, so the moment I see 1 enemy, there are 2 others behind and to the side of me because my team mates are gone
SBMM is definitely prevalent in Ranked and you'll see it more when you solo queue into games especially TDM and Frontline since worse players typically play those ranked modes.
I have 3 leggy accs atm and with all three I’ve gotten to top5k with them using non meta weapons but this season I was forced to to use DRH,Oden,Equalizers this season dude to the 2tap meta, I had a more fun time playing the game when the cbr was meta back in 2022 cause you at least had the kilo,Krig,bizon,type 25 and not just two weapons dominating the meta
Wholeheartedly agree...a game with 120 plus weapons but everyone uses the same 4 guns and a melee of their choice. An even meta would improve the game or even just making guns the meta that have never been good like the CHICOM and FR.556
They are catering for kids so making the game hard is counterproductive. If you need something to grind for, go for top 250 like in mw3.
That's the thing though...top 250 in mw3 and top 5k in CODM are synonymous. They don't show skill as much as they do time played. I can be above average and if I play enough games and spend enough time grinding I can hit top5k or top 250....

CODM is a chill laid back game. Meant for casuals. What your asking for is not what CODM caters to. If you want hyper competitive games, go to dedicated games for that experience. Call of Duty is a self aware casual gaming brand, and they will protect that title through egregious means like SBMM, EOMM, etc. They dont care about the high skilled players, they care about the kids who swipe mommys credit card for bundle packs. Thats where the money is.
I completely agree and I don't expect any of the changes I mentioned in this video to be made...I believe also made a similar analogy in the video about them being money hungry fiends. However, I feel like the chill laidback aspect is shooting bots and occasionally real people in pubs...MP ranked is where the sweats should be in theory...obviously though that hasn't been the case really for 5 years of this games life cycle.
Why do they even bother having ranked then? Or world champs every year? There’s a seperate casual section for a reason.
@@imvge they have to support their fan base...every console cod in the last 10 years has had some sort of Ranked mode. It's a staple to CoD it's just unfortunate that they don't care what happens to CODM Ranked. Those events are part of the pro series which is semi popular and growing that would grow CODM...then in turn make them more money which is what they care about the most.

Fire rate cap is almost non existent so you can fire it almost as fast as you can tap which is absurd for a gun that strong.
You can build it to where it two shots to the body almost 90% of the time.
People say it's harder to use and in some ways it is but the downsides are easy fixes like running a melee to help with movement speed.

I know mp rank and br rank too are very easy nowadays, but i still struggle at rank match yeah i know i have skill issue but i am og player still i have skill issue and i am still 2 thumb player, and i always plays the bot invitation match to rank up and don't play any other public rank match in the fear of losing, ok thats my problem also i use a low-end device and slow connection, but still rank matches are absolutely feels very easy even bots are ranked as Legendary.
I'm a thumbs player too! 🤝 definitely wouldn't be scared of losing because it's gonna happen...a lot I always say to just abuse the meta and that will help you tremendously even when teammates suck. Also playing modes like TDM and Frontline help as well since players aren't as good as the ones you'll see in SnD and Hardpoint

@@brianbett1840 I've made some videos about switching over to it and I know how to play with it but it's uncomfortable and I've been playing thumbs for so long across so many games like Rules of Survival, PUBG, Apex, Guns of Boom ...etc. I would rather just keep playing thumbs and just be a VERY GOOD THUMBS player. People are usually surprised in game when they realize that I'm a thumbs player

Eh that's not what ranked is supposed to be for tho...it's to show skill...top 5k just shows time played. Selecting ranked modes doesn't help you improve, if anything it hampers you.
Yeah it'll definitely get a nerf. They put out a new P2W gun that's way OP so they can get a bunch of people to buy it. Once the spending dies down, they'll nerf it

People hit leggy in the first 24 hours...the only hard part about it is lobby wait times...sometimes top5k is sweaty....and other times they get nuked like in one of my previous videos on Arsenal Domination.

Kinda the entire point of my commentary is to speak on a topic of discussion...so I'm not sure what you're expecting. Being prone with an MG42 is part of how I choose to play CODM as a thumbs player on an iPhone 13, you may disagree with my play style but if it works it works.
Don't need to get better at SnD or Respawn I feel like I'm pretty good at both and am never one of those people who only cues into one game type.

As long as someone is winning the match without using persistence, melee or any toxic thing, I don't see a problem in any way. People are salty for no reason. And playing on different fingers depends from person to person but choosing game mode and just playing one game mode just to reach legendary is dumb and people who do that don't deserve the title legendary, even I hate TDM cuz my teammates die

I do not agree that ranked should force people to engage all game modes, I don't even agree that it's necessary that your rank be a true reflection of your skill across all game modes. It's just a game, it's meant to be fun and enjoyable, and there are game modes that a lot of people don't enjoy. If you want a more competitive environment, start playing for leaderboard rather than insisting everyone else become miserable just so that you can feel like your stupid lil legendary badge is "worth something". This whole viewpoint that players should be forced to be good at each mode is really stupid. Why should that be the case? No, seriously, why? How other people choose to enjoy the game doesn't have any impact on you, and expecting people to be forced to play game modes they don't like, altering their entire experience, just so that you can have more of a sense of satisfaction with hitting legendary, is completely idiotic. By the way, I'm a consistent top 100 player and I excel in all modes. I've pushed to top 20. I hit legendary usually within the first 24 hours and typically I'm one of the first 50-100 people to hit it. I know what I'm talking about and I'm telling you that all of these issues are solved if you stop thinking about ranks and start gunning for leaderboard positions.

A lot of my points run alongside console cod takes and the issues being had over there which are issues in CODM as well. Why you think they're not valid might be because you don't play ranked on console. Some of these are specific to how CODM ranked functions so there's some space for interpretation there as we all have different opinions.
At this point i just hit legendary just to play with real players
