No you donot need any further attestation. You can start your process on behalf of your equivalency certificate.

You have to apply for equivalency certificate from HEC. You can find if on hec website

If you wanna apply for bachelor. All of your degrees should be attested from the relevant board. Your ADP too.
Brother I have done mechanical engineering and technology we are not registered from pec but we have our own NTC do I need NTC card. I have already verified my degree from hec do I need further verification??
No. Its ok. For applying outside from pakistan, you just need your HEC verification and notarised documents.

AoA shoaib bhai, let me know that I have completed my bachelor's degree and also attested it by HEC. Some of my seniors told me there was no need for MOFA and IBCC attestation. I have done my matriculation and intermediate from Mirpurkhas Board. Do I have to attest my mark sheet and certificate from Mirpurkhas Board?
only HEC is sufficient, if you are applying for master

Degree, transcripts, ielts score / german language should be notarised.
No need to attest CV, LOM, LOR etc.

Depend on you, how many you are targeting the universities. It can be 4 or 5 sets as well.
If you are applying through uniassist, then 1 set is for them.
If you are applying to other universities, that required by post application, then 1 set each for them as well.
In short, when ever you will send the doc outside from your country, All copies must be notarised.

For applying in master, you donot need to attest from ibcc, only attestation of bachelor degree from HEC is sufficient. If you are applying for bachelor, yes attest them From IBCC

There are 2 types of notarisation. One is for local use and other is for international. Plz ask before notarisation that you have to notarise these doc for sending abroad.
The advocate must be on duty.
