You should wash his hair fully in water and shampoo lather really good then deep condition for 20 minutes then give him a real nice blow dryer blow out extend hair to fullest and you will get much better results in his hair styles but keep your hair the good work👍🏼

1.01 can you use Cantu avocado hydrating gel for this and have same results ?
I never used that type of gel before but I just looked it up and I don’t think that gel is as firm as shine n gel so I don’t think it will turn out the same
