Fade vs. Siegecrafter Blackfuse (HC) (Destruction Warlock PoV)

After nearly two months of progress, which felt like an eternity, we finally, after more than 10 1% tries, managed to kill Siegecrafter Blackfuse, the twelfth boss of the Siege of Orgrimmar raid.
There's basically several tactics you can use to kill this boss, and we pretty much chose the hardest you can take for the guys, that are destined to deal with the bosses' abilities rather than doing the assembly line. We killed the mines as often as possible, reducing the times we had to deal with them to one, but we often had combinations like magnet+overcharged laser+missile, which is basically a giant cockblock. The video itself appears to be quite a detailed guide how to move with this tactic, although I got hit by one sawblade.
When it comes to warlocks, however, you should choose between affliction and destruction. if you play this boss with a different tac - basically killing everything BUT the mines - you should play destruction because of the aoe abilities it has. When you play the tactic which relies on movement - like we did - you can also play affliction, because it suites movement rather well, but also lacks some selfheal, which is why I thought destruction was my way to go. The selfheal due to ember tap it has really saved my ass towards the end, and chaos-bolt cleave (and incinerate on the add for ember regeneration) on the missile turrets is also quite decent. In the end, it all comes down to how skilled your healers are. If you can eat a sawblade without dying in the harder phases, because of your heals keeping you alive, affliction is not a problem, but if you can't, however, you should play destruction at this boss.
Also be aware of the fact, that you can sacrifice your succubus for the mine-tactic to have a small pushback.
