- We did our first cuts with our portable sawmill in our garage to test it and get kinks out before we move it outside in about a week to a better location.

How long did it take to get this mill? Would you buy it again?
I think it was about 4-6weeks from ordering. Not 100% sure, wood mixer seems like it may be better quality, but the wait times were a bit crazy ( 6+mo when we were looking). Really hard to answer, if money wasn't an issue I imagine we'd want a bigger one too, we have had some logs that wouldn't fit both width and length. We need the bunk extensions too as 12ft isn't that long, and would be nice to be able to cut 16s.
