The most delicious homemade banana cake! I bake this cake every week. Simple and delicious.
Introduction:

50ml water. 70g sugar.
Bring to a boil, add lemon juice and zest.

400 g ricotta or cream cheese.

Place in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours, preferably overnight.
Preparation cream for cake decoration:
200 g mascarpone cheese or cream cheese.
50g powdered sugar. 50 ml cream 33%.
Garnish with banana and berries.

20 ml water. 5g gelatin.
150 ml water. 2 tablespoons sugar. lemon juice
Bring to the boil and add the swollen gelatin.
Pour over the cake and let cool for 15 minutes.
