As a woman who has experience losing a baby (in the fourth month) I understand the struggles and mental anguish that comes with that. I think it's beautiful that you are taking charge of your health. I have NO doubt you will be able to reach your goals. I am unable to get Mounjaro because my Insurance company does not accept "Pre-Diabetes" as a diagnosis they will cover. So glad I found your video, I'm in a really similar position after x2 misscarriages and going up and down with weight. It's been such a battle. Hoping to start injections in a couple of weeks then fingers crossed with the fertility journey. We will see. If i can lose the weight naturally by trying to better balance my hormones i would rather do that. Thats my main goal right now especially. But sometimes the use of a medication that helps insulin absorbency is necessary for some people (which i think is why i have been able to lose so much weight). I finally pushed through my plateau because of mounjaro
Wow, Rachel, the weight loss is showing us just how pretty you are. Keep on the journey. I just started at 2.5 m and now I'm a little worried about the 5 m dose since you said it made you sick. I'm just doing it for A1c, not so much for weight loss. Still, after the first week, my weight went down 2 pounds and my glucose went down over 40 points. Yay! Condolences on your miscarriage. You still have PCOS and insulin resistance so after you have a baby will you go back on Mounjaro or Ozempic? I wish you luck.
