There are great tubeless tires that you can run where you use a valve where you can remove the valve core with a valve core remover to inject the fluid with Stan's fluid that has a lid that fits nicely into the valve.

I’m very sorry that you had all those problems just in fixing a flat tire. May I suggest that if another flat happens, which I hope it doesn’t, remove the wheel, then go about fixing the flat. I saw one video where the guy supported the back of the trike with two small stands. Just a thought, as I would hate to see that happen to you again. All the best.
Thank you for your kind words and helpful info. You are supposed to take the wheel off, etc. but I thought it would be faster "my way." Changing the flat wasn't any problem compared to the part of inserting the Slime. But all is well now on all three wheels. Thank you for your comment and God bless.
