Southgate was a nightmare to get him to starting players. He wouldn't start Palmer in the Euros, Gordon only got 4 mins, he didn't want to put him on when most were calling for it. Before all that, he refused to start Grealish when the nation was up in arms about it. To be fair to Southgate, he wasn't the one to crack. I certainly don't expect Tuchel would either.

HH I have a problem with this statement u said about the FA which was “England only care about winning n don’t care who the coach is”.My problem with this is that Englands fans n FA actually care bc if they win it they can’t say we have won with our own n they can never be put in that convo with those who won major international trophy with there own like Spain,Germany,Italy,France, Portugal,Brazil,Argentina bc other fans wouldn’t allow n they shouldn’t allow it bc those nation had to suffer to get those success n have the alignment of a great coach with their golden team. Those team had to also wait for the academy of there league to produce gems wether is coach or player. Where as England is taking the easy route and benefiting the hard work of other nations systems.
Finally epl fans can’t say that the epl is best in football n look down on other league when rely on them club wise n international. At least in club wise they had an excuse but the international level just exposed them.

@@AfifFarhati England were in a bad place when Southgate came in, they lost to Iceland at Euro 2016. They had lots of good players but it was time to rebuild so they tried an English manager. This is now one of the strongest England squads 40 years, so the rebuild is over and time to find the best coach to try and win a final.
