The Stripper, Newstead & Kirkby Combined Bands, Notts

The Kirkby Colliery and Newstead Brass Bands combine with both Bandmasers to perform Brian Rose's The Stripper as the finale to their concert at the Festival Hall, Kirkby in Asfield, Nottinghamshire on 4 Feb 2017. Each band had performed their own seperate concert and amalgamated for the final four pieces. I am impressed that Kirkby and Newstead, though only four miles apart, both have a brass band of such high quality and that they worked together to perform this concert. Michael Parkinson
