I hope you have figured this out by now but if you haven't, the notice is telling you that the full update is including all of those things not just what was originally posted.
Are they trying to say the Selene will be replaced by Salazar, perhaps? But then you think they'd call that a "fragment summon" or something. Honestly I'm as stumped as you are. I don't hate the option to fuse Salazar, but it's definitely a little strange to just swap it all around with so little notice to the players.

Finally got confirmation that Abomination will be leaving as a legendary fusion hero!
Abomination rotating out of free fusion and being replaced by Salazar as far as i understand

His fusion is already live in Asia i believe. He uses most of the same units as Abomination apparently. So it seems he will replace Abomination.
