Bro i eat 4 to 5 servings of different fruits variety of salads(onion,cucumber,radish,carrot and sometimes beetroot also),7 to 8 variety of dry fruits everyday, drink haldi doodh before sleeping 4 to 5 times a week, and lemon water in morning and no junk food at all ( very occassionally like on friends birthday) , eat corriander leaves along with meals, even avoid parathas,biscuits,maggi and all haan but time pe nahi sota hun i mean avg 3am kabhi kabhi jyada late bhi ho jata he but i sleep 6 to 8 hours proper kabhi kabhi 4 to 5 karna padta he and thora kaam paani peeta hoon kyunki kitna khana hota he toh 2L in whole day including morning water and 1L sone se pehle fir bhi mera pigmentation cheeks pe thora sa he and 2-3 hyperpigmentation spots he jo pata nahi kis chiz ke he lekin improve nahi ho raha sir open pores bhi he thora bahut time se jaa nahi raha and blemishes too,even i have a good skincare routine,even steam once or twice a week can u pls tell ki kya bad sleep cycle and water intake itna healthy diet ko compensate kar sakte he kya ya phir ye problems mere hormonal disbalances ke karan he( age:17), aur abhi time lagega thik hone me ya phir mein kahin aur galti kar raha hun,please tell
