Stayed in Fuengirola many times Kevin. Definitely more layed back than Benidorm, but it has something for everyone. I have really enjoyed this series of videos. Keep the good work up.
Hi Kevin, you are discovering the tip of the iceberg. The beach is 5 miles long, if you go to the end near carvajal, its beautiful. Same at the other end of the cost near the castle. Been to all the resorts at the costa del sol, and Fuengirola, once you know it, is a far better experience. It has everything from a working town, to a great shopping centre area to a beach resort.
Just back from Fuengirola again, absolutely love the place. Bar Mundi that you passed, was our local and was in every night. The owner is French and the barmaid is fae Coatbridge 👌
We went fengerola in February on bus spent few hours we didn't like it much but tbh after seeing these vlogs you do need few days or spend the night to appreciate
Great video, visited fuengirola 4 times, didn't find the street with all the pubs until the 2nd visit. The cafe you was outside at the beginning has become our regular tapas place..
HIDDEN GEM. Exactly get away from the sea front and get into the back streets. Authentic Spanish cuisine and bars. What’s the point in looking for English bars abroad, you might as well stay in England. Great video. Thanks Kevin.
Great advice, most of the better (Spanish) restaurant's are always off the promenade...why eat in a British/Irish spot in Spain....but I suppose it's one's choice!

Why on earth would you go to a foreign country to live the same way as you do in the UK, surely if you go to Spain you'd want to eat Spanish food. This is why I always go to South America.

Fuengirola is a really nice place as you say if you go off the prom there are some fantastic places
Going on Tuesday for the first time staying in Los Boliches. Loved Benalmadena so expect to enjoy it here too

Where u are now is called Los boliches. Go up by the church to Bar called Bar Guerra
