Congratulations. I have been following you for 4 years. I can't believe it has taken so long for people to see what you have to offer. I am starting the 28 day Juice Challenge again on Monday for the second time. The first time (Jan 2019) I lost 11.7kg =12% body weight. Exciting times.

Could you do a keto smoothie/juice app?
Keto as far as I'm aware is "Low Carb" most of our recipes are high in fruit and veggie contents with the nature of juicing, this may well be quite tricky to incorporate into a keto plan. Amy@JuicyHQ. X

I'm in a situation where I have high cholesterol (252) and I want to do a juice fast.
The artery in my brain... they want to put a stent in it. In my and my husband's opinion...not happening.
I need to drop my cholesterol ASAP. In your opinion... is a juice fast a good idea and safe?
I'm 57 and have done some smoothies and juicing and lost about 8lbs in the past several weeks. However, there is too much temptation.
I still feel dizzy ALOT. I think I'm more so scared and can't calm down. I have serious anxiety problems also.
I have stared at my ceiling for 30+ years and unable to sleep.
I can't imagine you have so much energy, but yet you can sleep like a baby at night.
How long before it's possible to have the gift of a good night's sleep?
