My job for 10 years was customer service. I almost went insane. If I had deal with your characters Mary and Pastor Stewart I would have quit my job sooner. I once has a call from a Russian woman with a very thick accent. I asked her to repeat herself many times. Finally she screamed "WHEN ARE YOU AMERICANS GONG TO LEARN TO SPEAK RUSSIAN"? I screamed... WHEN i MOVE TO RUSSIA.

I ended up dreaming about a guy who tried shooting me and I ran off and he phoned me and told me that he was driving after me and I asked him where he was and when he finally told me, he was in a completely different place and I was confused but like 😮💨. Then I woke up to hear a scammer had just pulled up in his car, not where expected, but in a completely different city 🙃
This call will always hold a special place for me. The part with Milton was the first call I ever watched live. I had to take my aunt to the doctor and since Covid was still a huge thing I chose to sit out in the truck rather than going inside and having to be miserable with a mask.

Many people are manipulated by these scammers. This is why they succeed at stealing money. Especially with elderly victims. These criminals are good at manipulating and lying, sadly.

That scene with the $5 cards was exceptionally painful to watch. I wasn't shocked, considering you spent nearly 20 minutes trying to tell him that you'd taken the cards without paying, but it didn't detract from how blatantly obvious your alterations were. Masterful scambait, Kit.
I used to get angry when cops busted grow operations and destroyed all the marijuana before it was legal. What a waste. This scammer smoking a joint is such a waste. But I am glad to hear he smokes to relieve the stress he has and brings to himself.
