I loved that movie and what a crush i have on Steve Bacic, its the 2nd time i have seen this movie, i could watch it again no problem. Sara Rue doe`s not disappoint she is a wonderful actress, i have seen a lot of the movies /series she has been in. I also hope there is a 2nd part to this movie even though it is a couple of yrs old. NO HARM IN WISHING IS THERE???.
I keep watching this gorgeous movie, because Murphy’s Law prevails; the moment I take it for granted it will be gone. I’d never seen her before, nor, I thought, him (until I found he was the man who’d sent his love message to the wrong number in the Tyler Hynes movie). These are good actors, being the people they play, and very likeable at that. And Teryl Rothery is a class act in every movie she appears. In the sea of B (or C?) pirates we’re drowning in this is champagne in a crystal glass.
This is my very favorite movie of all time such a Handsome man and a very funny actress both of them together are amazing Thank you for this charming movie loved it so much 👏👏👏❤️❤️❤️

Steve sure has done a lot of work over the years in both film and television. I remember him as the ‘nasty’ father in The Bridge, Parts 1&2.
Here, he does an adequate job with a bit of a mundane script and a slightly far fetched plot.
Hallmark has a habit of teaming up with branches of the armed forces for a bit of flag waving.
Nice to see ‘Muriel’ from Virgin River in a different role as well.
The May to December relationship, 14 years difference, should be ignored as it falls within the ‘formula’ for such things.
Probably predictive programming. Draft season coming up.
