I bet Shohei really wishes he has gotten that kind of offer from the Padres now. Shohei is all the Dodgers have on us but we can play around him. If he pitches though… could be a different story.
Alright hear me out.. the dodgers have barely scored if you think about it. Out of their 7 runs last night, 2 came off of errors (passed ball and machado) and 5 came off of 2 hits. Both of which were fastballs down the middle. If the padres only commit 2 of those erros they still win the game. Obviously, the errors still happened.. but its an interesting perspective if you realize the dodgers have barely scored.
That's exactly right. These guys don't play together as a team. They just want to get up to bat and swing for the fences because the stupid analytics that their Manager believes so much in says that's what they should be doing. They NEVER go up there with the thought of just getting on or getting the guy on base moved over. Constantly having the bases loaded and no outs and they can't even bring one guy in because they either strike out or hit into a dbl play. Dodgers fans angered the Padres and inadvertently made the Padres better. Padres play better when they're mad. Petco Park is going to be rocking on Tuesday!
Yeah, but the Padres are just regular losers. How many divisions have they won behind the Dodgers repeated success? How did that last series against them go when they had a chance to prove they were the better team? Any team can win a game in the postseason. Timing... injuries... but which team can do it every year over 180+ games? Dodgers had the best record in the majors -- not on accident -- despite having a starting pitching nightmare of a season. Judging things by one game is very shortsighted and often a recipe for having to eat your words in the long run.

Relax it wasn't a bomb, at least not this time.
As a dodgers fan I was disappointed, first time this has happened that I can remember.
no excuses or blame. Padres simply won this game
Y sospecho que también la serie.
Thanks. A profound insight.
history has a tendency to repeat itself
Dodger fans don't deserve the most respectable God in Shohei. Their behavior was abominable tonight. So sad to see that when they have Shohei who has been nothing but a beacon of respect and sportsmanship to all.
Not so much anymore. Shohei been acting like a Dodger clown now when he hits home runs 🤡. Doesn't show the class and humbleness that he used to
@@ryanrivera5763You should see Tatis and Machado and the unprofensional Poo💩dres with the taunting
At least he isn't surrounded by classless teammates like the Padres. Meanwhile you can't judge an entire fanbase on a few.
@@ryanrivera5763 What? You blind? All he does is flip the bat, and then wave to his own teammates to cheer them on. He doesn't get in the face of the opponents or point fingers or make faces at them, does he? No! He also always tips his cap to the catcher and the Ump. You're an eejit

Honestly padres should be up 2-0 against the dodgers and today showed it that they should
If we walked Shohei we won Saturday’s game 5-4. Then there was the Machado throwing error that also cost us 2 runs. This should have been a sweep but I’m fine with a 3-1 joev
@@Yardotrue those errors is what messed up the padres . They just gotta play how they did today at home on Tuesday and Wednesday
@@gabrielcaceres95 all they gotta do is not make errors. Especially w the Freddie Freeman injury, our team is just leagues better than the current Dodgers lineup. I bet Shohei really wishes he has gotten that kind of offer from the Padres now. Shohei is all the Dodgers have on us but we can play around him. If he pitches though… could be a different story.
@@Yardonah, the dodgers lineup is still better, but your pitching is better
@@DodgerProdzz hahahahahahhahahahaha our #9 hitter has as many home runs in the post season as your whole team combined.
That machado stunt was infuriating
It will be coming though
And then well see if Padres can keep upDodgers injury hit pitchers really hurt the team! You need lights out pitching in PO

That's the Dodgers I know. No chemistry, no heart, and no rings. Keep the over decade tradition going boys.
It's really sad to see because the game is so simple when you you play it right, as a TEAM. Sadly they won't win another game this year
What do you mean no rings? How many do the Padres have compared to the Dodgers? Dodgers got a ring in 2020... so......
@@triipn This is literally the stupidest take I've read tonight. You haven't even been watching the Dodgers play. Literally nothing but VISIBLE heart for the past several weeks. But sure... it's easy to armchair coach.

no one is saying what I am witnessing, what we are all witnessing: Tatis Jr may not be the best, or your favorite, he’s not mine, but he is arguably and almost undeniably the best postseason batter I have ever witnessed and in good health he helps the padres compete for way longer than they should and score more runs against good pitching than they normally ever would. He’s like lebron he’s no different from any competitor until the postseason hits; if his team is still in it he is going off!!!

Dodger fans be sore losers😭
Yeah, but the Padres are just regular losers. How many divisions have they won behind the Dodgers repeated success? How did that last series against them go when they had a chance to prove they were the better team? Any team can win a game in the postseason. Timing... injuries... but which team can do it every year over 180+ games? Dodgers had the best record in the majors -- not on accident -- despite having a starting pitching nightmare of a season. Judging things by one game is very shortsighted and often a recipe for having to eat your words in the long run.
