After dreaming of it for eleven long years, I finally found myself on the course of the Disney Princess Half Marathon at Walt Disney World! Dreams do come true!
Are you someone like me? Someone who DREAMS of running but hates it? The hardest part of it is believing in yourself. I really struggled for years with mental ideas about myself and beliefs that I couldn't do this! But with only 79 days of training, I found myself crossing the finish line! I can tell you that 79 days in from starting to train, I love the journey I am on and I look forward to running every day. My mental health has improved, and I feel so proud of myself!

Have you ever done a RunDisney Race?! Which one is your dream? Now that I have run the Princess, I am DREAMING of running the Disneyland Paris if it ever comes back! Can you imagine a more lovely race-cation?
How do new slots open up? I thought it was impossible to back out once registered! I'm totally new to the runDisney community (this is my 2nd day of research, and I plan on doing the Princess 5k or 10k next year!), but thank you for sharing this experience with us! Check the link in my video description! Sometimes RunDisney will release a few slots and the app Telegram will send you notifications when they open! But they sell out really quickly (2-5 minutes usually). But I think the Princess goes on sale in July? tons of time to get in!
