Dune de Pilat - for the 7th time on the sand mountain in Arcachon😂

We are going to the Dune de Pyla for the 7th time. The dune is the largest shifting sand dune in Europe and is located in the Arcachon basin. The climb is ALWAYS strenuous, but the view is all the more fantastic.
On one side, you can experience the vastness of the sky-blue Atlantic and on the other, nature.
In the high season, the tourist information office has set up a long staircase for the ascent and descent to the Dune de Pilat. You should use the paid parking lot at the so-called GRAND SITE. It is also very easy to park there with a camper van. Overnight stays are prohibited!
