This trip goes along Hazle Street and Blackman Street in Wilkes Barre leading to PA 309. The trip then continues southbound on PA 309, going over and under Interstate 81 and then up the mountain out of the valley. The trip ends on the side streets off of PA 309 in Mountain Top.
