Yeah, where do these fold forward? Always up and back. If I did fold them forward any time in the video, they were loose. I'm pretty sure I covered the up and back in case you low side too.
Your good man, if I screw up call me out on it lol. I'm not perfect by any means. You made me have to run out and check! The shifter side was at about 20* back. But everything has to come off for paint still.

Foot pegs should fold up and "back" at a 45 degree angle. NOT forward.
