    Suji ka nashta ek halka, swadisht aur jaldi banne wala breakfast hai jo har umr ke logon ke liye perfect hai. Yeh nashta crispy bahar se aur soft andar se hota hai, jo iska maza aur badhata hai. Isse banane mein sirf 15-20 minute lagte hain aur yeh bina kisi jhanjhat ke tyaar ho jata hai.

    Pyaz (Onion) - 1 medium (bareek kata hua)
    Hari Matar - 1 Cup
    Gajar (Carrot) - 1 small (grated)
    Hari Mirch (Green Chili) - 1 (bareek kati hui)
    Adrak (Ginger) - ½ inch (grated)
    Lehsun - 4/5 Kaliyan
    Hari Mirch - 5 pc
    Dhaniya Powder -1/2 tsp
    Jeera Powder - 1/2 tsp
    Namak - Swad anusar
    Haldi (Turmeric) - ¼ tsp
    Dhaniya Patta (Coriander Leaves) - Thoda sa (bareek kata hua)
    Tel (Oil) - Tel ya ghee (tawa par sekne ke liye)
    Tips:
    Agar aap aur crispy texture chahte hain to thoda besan ya rice flour mila sakte hain.
    Is recipe mein aap apni pasand ki sabziyan bhi add kar sakte hain jaise palak, matar ya corn.
