- I couldn't find an LED kit for my Liberty Diesel so I bought a kit for Wrangler and adapted it to fit my Liberty. It's not perfect, but it'll do.

Excellent job, clean, nice, well execution. so good idea, i will do the same to my wife liberty, but we buy the headlights with halo. Thank for share your job.
Thanks so much. I actually did the halo on my Defender. I think it was supposed to be for a blinker, but I connected the wires together with the low beam to give it an amber effect. I think it looks pretty cool.
My god that was not only a torcher to listen to but the job was as rough as guts
I was trying to make it brutal to listen to, thanks. Kinda wish I could’ve made it rougher, maybe next time. Thanks.
This is really helpful. I'm going to have a go at this. Thank you!
Thanks… it’s an older video and I wish it was more instructional.

Mas que barbaridade, tchê ;) ....
Thanks for sharing. Great video like your style, well thought out....very helpful and you make it look so simple. Your good mate.
I appreciate that!
Thanks! I've been looking for this adaptation.
Do you have a video of how you retrofitted the foglights as well?
Hi Jorge, the fog lights don't need adaptation just replace them, VerboseMode leave the Amazon links in the description. See you.
I'm pretty sure that they were a direct fit from the Jeep Wrangler model I got the kit from.
Yeah the best adaptation
Thanks. Not perfect, but it'll at least get you started.
I did exactly what u did and it works and looks great I'll send pics tomorrow
Would I be able to get led bulbs and just install them without a shit ton of work on my 04 liberty?
Yeah, you can install a bulb like this one which is plug and play. www.amazon.com/9005-HB3-Headlight-Conversion-Waterproof/dp/B08LKDZ8RQ/ref=sr_1_10?crid=2MTA9I9UUO7JX&dchild=1&keywords=2005+jeep+liberty+led+headlights&qid=1622115011&replacementKeywords=led+headlights&sprefix=2005+liberty+led+%2Caps%2C216&sr=8-10&vehicle=2005-42-353------------&vehicleName=2005+Jeep+Liberty
Dude get it together,so disorganized..But good job and very helpful
Thanks? This was one of my first vids.
was that an inch and a quarter on each side. Synergy center from the little round factory, Mark on each side
Honestly, I can't remember for the life of me. Sorry.
Thanx!
No worries at all. It’s not perfect, but it’ll at least get people thinking on how to do it better.
Good Jobs. I liked. I hace jeep liberty 2002.
Gotta get the CRD my man;)
Very nice sir.
Thanks, Douglas. Glad you liked it.
Beautiful you got my like
Thanks so much.

Good jobs
Looking back there's a ton I'd do differently. To be fair, it's been working perfectly.
Has anyone tried installing 9" led headlight assemblies just using the black Liberty back housing and completely eliminating Liberty clear lens and chrome reflector? Or possibly eliminate the black back housing too and just find a way to mount 9" to the Liberty. Might be a better fit and maybe a lot less work. At worst you may just need to hone out the grill cover a little but maybe not at all since its already at 9". The clear lens on the Liberty is 9" at the base and curves in to 8". Maybe it would be more work than this but would probably look better than using a smaller headlight.
Couldnt find anything in searches for anyone trying 9" led assemblies.
Anyway just a thought.
Another option out now for halogen assemblies are all in one led led bulbs with mini projectors installed on the bulb. Not sure how well they work but they are out now.
Try it and make a vid, you'd get many reviews
That'd be a really cool follow up. I might do that later if the mod fails at some point. Should only really need some brackets and way to seal things up in a tidy manner.
I’m thinking you can just get a standard 7” mount bracket and screw in 3 screws per light.
that's exactly what I was thinking
That's a great idea.
Good enough for government work...
It's only good enough for government work if there are another 5 guys on the clock sitting around me seeing what I'm doing.
Did you do the fog lights aswell or did u buy those somewhere
Been a while, but I think they came with the kit and were just bolt on.
Would it be the same for a jeep patriot thats what i have and after installing them did thy flicker or anything and was it just a sfraight plug in
I'm not totally sure, to be honest.
