[apply the mixture on boneless chicken chests, and marinate overnight]
[pan-fry them for 15 min each side on low flame... 30 minutes in total]

•oil (4-5 TBS)
•garlic (5-6 cloves, finely chopped)
•flour (2 TBS)
•milk (1 cup)
[stir until thickens]
•salt (1 TBS)
•chilli flakes (half TBS)
•black pepper (1 TBS)
•flavored cube (chicken flavor)
•fenugreek (half TBS)
•boiled pasta (400 g)
[mix thoroughly]
